FY 2008 Product Enhancement Project Summaries
Brief project summaries are now posted online at beefresearch.org for each of the eighteen checkoff-funded beef quality research projects completed as of May 31, 2009. These eighteen projects were completed at institutions in Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Texas. You can also find project summaries for all previous years on the same web page. Project summaries provide highlights of important results from technical research projects related to pre- and post-harvest beef quality factors.
