Development Stage
The development stage encompasses detailed design and development of the product and production process. The stage includes back and forth review with customers and end users. For the NCBA, this would be a joint effort with our committed partner.
Deliverables for the development stage are:
- Manufactured prototype of the product (pilot plant scale)
- Development of the packaging prototype for the product
- Additional prototype testing to gain consumer and customer feedback
- Full marketing plan including the go-to-market strategy
- Product production and procurement plans completed and approved
- Sales plan
- Updated financial analysis completed
- Resolution of any legal and regulatory issues
