New Cuts Animation and Resources

The Checkoff has created an interactive web platform to house all information and resources related to new cuts from the chuck and round. These resources are organized by subprimals and/or portion cuts and include animated cutting videos, along with downloadable cutting guides, application guides, naming information, nutrition information, recipes, research data, etc.
